Purpose of the Position :
To create a welcoming first impression for guests, manage seating and reservations efficiently, and support smooth front-of-house operations to enhance the guest experience at Momento Cantina.
General Functions :
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Manage reservations and walk-ins
- Coordinate seating and waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance
- Communicate guest needs to service staff
Specific Functions :
Answer phone calls and handle reservations professionallyEscort guests to their tables and provide menusMonitor table turnover and update seating chart in real timeHandle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with courtesyAssist with opening and closing procedures as needed
