Director of Anesthesia – $750K 1 hr to Houston

Step into a leadership role as Anesthesia Medical Director in a great Southeast Texas city. This full-time W2 position pays $750K annually. This role offers flexible shifts up to 12 hours long and minimal call with plenty of time off surrounding your call shifts.

You'll lead a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs, guiding clinical quality, mentoring providers, and shaping the future of anesthesia care across the hospital and outpatient centers. This is an opportunity to combine meaningful leadership with clinical practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
