Quality Assurance Supervisor

Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Equipment Applications, the Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure consistent production quality by developing and maintaining quality standards, validating processes, and providing performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to meet ISO 2015 : 9001 standards.
• Review customer specifications for project scoping and design.
• Inspect the product throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Conducted inspections of subcontractors to ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Perform internal audits for conformity to company processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections of incoming material to evaluate material condition and compliance with requirements.
• Review project-related quality documentation from the shop and subcontractors, including MTRs, personnel qualifications, NDE reports, etc., for compliance with specifications.
• Key focal point for customer and 3
