Senior Helpers is offering Poway and East County caregivers and CNAs $20.50-22.00 / hr

• Flexible Hours – Day,  Limited Night, and Weekend shifts available
• Full-time and Part-time Positions
• Sick Pay
• Referral Bonus Program-up to $150 per referral

Day in the Life of Our Caregivers

Companion Caregivers are really just that, companions. When they first arrive, they might do a safety check, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day. You are a friend who plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile.

Our Personal Caregivers are going the next step and helping our seniors bathe, get dressed, and brush their teeth. They help them stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility around the house. Some of our companion caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but they are optional.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are searching for  Caregivers with strong communication skills and a heart to help our Seniors.

Candidates must be comfortable providing non-medical companionship and personal care.

Candidates must have a car for transportation.

Candidates must be willing to drive to clients' homes in the areas of Poway, Oceanside, Escondio,La Mesa, Santee, Del Cerro (SDSU), El Cajon, Mira Mesa.

As part of our Caregiver Mentor Program, we will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver.
