Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote After Training)

Location : Columbia, SC

Pay Rate : $14 / hour

Duration : 3-month contract

What You'll Do

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include :

• Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services
• Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests
• Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation
• Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
• Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality

Training : On-site at our office for the first 2 weeks

After Training : Fully remote

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
