Job Description

Step Into a Day as Our EHS Management Systems & Compliance Specialist

You arrive on site, open your dashboard, and check how we’re tracking against our Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) KPIs. A trend catches your eye—an uptick in near-miss reports that signals a healthy reporting culture but also an opportunity. You schedule a quick floor walk with production and maintenance, then finalize the plan for this week’s ISO-aligned internal audit. After lunch, you review a regulatory report for accuracy and deadlines, coach a team on safe systems of work, and update communications tied to our ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 management systems. Before you log off, you align with cross-functional leaders on a risk-reduction initiative and share data-driven insights to guide next steps.
