10 / 13 start preferred, will consider 10 / 20.

2 years experience REQUIRED. 1st Timers OK.

Certifications REQUIRED : ARRT; BLS (AHA); Illinois License

Unit Details : SBRT / SRS; DIBH; prone breast. 2hr orientation. Navy blue scrubs (not provided). ARIA and EPIC documentation.

Skills / Experience REQUIRED : Adult Outpatient; CBCT / kV / mV imaging; External Beam Therapy; IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy; Prostate Cancer with Seeds / Fiducials; Respiratory Gating; Stereotactic Radiosurgery; TrueBeam; Vision RT; Radiation Safety

Skills / experience Preferred : Adult Acute Care; CT Simulation; Custom Molds; Wedges; Craniospinal; Hodgkin's Lymphoma; Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma; Kidney Cancer; Leukemia; Pancreatic Cancer; Testicular cancer; Lift / transfer devices; Patient / family teaching; Isolation Precautions; Use of Rapid Response / Code teams; ARIA / EPIC doocumentation
