WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Work closely with data suppliers to understand data sets, nuances, and schedule data exchange timelines.
Configure connectivity and manage incoming data on a structured, scheduled basis.
Use internal ETL tooling to translate incoming data into standardized data sets for database usage.
Conduct data quality checks to ensure data meets established thresholds.
Investigate data anomalies and troubleshoot failed trends or variances.
Translate technical specifications into clear communication for varied audiences.
Follow established workflows to load and refresh datasets into the database.
Collaborate with internal account teams to address data issues and provide solutions.
Support continuous improvement by presenting process enhancement ideas to leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
5+ years of experience working with healthcare claims, programming, or database management preferred.
Foundational knowledge of relational database design and data transformation processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills (verbal and written).
Aptitude for learning programming concepts and data management tools.
Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of healthcare claims adjudication and enrollment systems preferred.
Emotional intelligence traits including empathy, communication, and collaboration.
