We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead the full rebranding and revitalization of a multi-concept hospitality operation that includes boutique lodging and multiple dining outlets. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a complete transformation, elevating the guest experience, strengthening financial performance, and setting new standards of excellence for both the operation and the community.

This role is ideal for a seasoned executive who can see the big picture, collaborate across departments, and most importantly, execute with precision . The current operation requires strong direction, consistent leadership, and a results-driven leader who can deliver excellence while building a high-performing team.
