Salary : $110,000-$150,000 per year

Job Summary : InterAgency is seeking a mid-level environmental scientist to join our growing environmental practice. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to work alongside senior environmental staff, collaborating on major resiliency and infrastructure projects in the DC metropolitan area. Projects will range from preliminary planning to construction and include the following :

• Subsurface infrastructure to mitigate flooding impacts
• Large diameter tunnels to remediate combined sewer overflows (CSOs)
• Redesign of existing sea walls to address sea level rise
• Bridge construction over navigable waterways
• Stream restoration

Clean Water Act and Related Regulations :

NEPA and Environmental Planning :

Relevant certifications in environmental policy, wetland delineation, endangered / threatened species surveys, infrastructure planning, and regulatory permitting are also welcomed and encouraged
