The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a diverse and talented manufacturing team to manufacture quality medical devices efficiently. Your position will include directing, disciplining, training, and assisting manufacturing employees. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues with the machines in your department.

Responsibilities

• Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Train and supervise manufacturing employees.
• Ensure production goals are being met.
• Partner with Quality to troubleshoot non-conformances in your area.
• Guide team as needed to troubleshoot issues on the machines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement associated in your area.
• Assists with recruiting and hiring talented employees.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in your work area.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization within your department for your benefit and that of your fellow employees.
• Support the EMS Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Perform Other Duties as assigned.
