Assistant Manager Duties :
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operationsLead, train, and motivate team membersDeliver outstanding customer service every shiftMaintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standardsHandle scheduling, labor management, and inventoryAssist with hiring, training, and staff developmentOversee banking, cash handling, and store profitabilitySupport marketing efforts to grow salesAssistant Manager Compensation : $15 / hr with growth potential
