job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum of 2 years in Supply Chain. Experience using ERP / MRP systems in a manufacturing environment. Oracle preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and capacity planning software. Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be comfortable working in a factory / warehouse environment. Excellent communication skills required; both verbal and written. Attention to detail, commitment to quality and a sense of urgency. Ability to work in very fast paced environment. Excellent follow up skills and ability to multitask. Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision.
Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of extension / conversion based on performance and budget)

Overview :
This role will support the organization by managing material and scheduling operations to meet internal and external global customer needs. This role executes strategies that provide a positive customer experience, providing outstanding service and satisfaction. To be successful you must be driven, customer focused, and have a sense of urgency.
Duties :
- Creating and adding requisitions and purchase orders into the Oracle system.
- Monitor and update daily reports
- Planning of work orders from receipt of a sale order, to the shipment of final products.
- Create and maintain spread sheets to track product lead times, shipments.
- Keep the organization updated on status of orders.
- Collaborate with cross functional groups including CSD, Shipping / Receiving / Stockroom, Purchasing, Sales and Engineering.
- Interact effectively with vendors and production management in problem resolution, performance.
