About the Role

Were hiring a Project Accountant to keep project financials accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. Youll own budgets, billing, and reporting to help teams stay on scope, schedule, and cost.

What Youll Do

• Track project costs and budgets; monitor variances and communicate impacts of changes.
• Manage billing : review drafts for contract compliance, process finals, submit inclient formats, and follow up on receivables.
• Produceproject performance reports; set up new projects & change orders; support close-out.
• Support expense report compliance and coordinate with the Controller and Business Services Group.
