Automotive Sales Rep

Del Rio Motors in Kerrville, TX is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Rep who's ready to bring energy, drive, and a great attitude to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a high-impact role with big earning potential-start with a base of $2,000 / month for the first 90 days, then shift into a competitive commission structure of 10% of the down payment plus $200 per sale . YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES REP

This is a full-time, in-office position. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, and Saturdays from 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM . Sundays are your day to recharge.

YOUR DAY

As an Automotive Sales Rep, you'll engage with customer leads, guiding them through the car buying experience from start to finish. You'll provide friendly, knowledgeable support as they browse, ask questions, and make decisions. Throughout the day, you'll also follow up with past and prospective customers, building long-term relationships that lead to trust and repeat business. In our fun, lighthearted environment, you'll collaborate with a team that's efficient, supportive, and always ready to celebrate each other's wins.
