Store Manager
We're seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, overseeing and delegating all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations, leading, training, and developing store associates to foster a culture of growth, providing every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience, safeguarding the company's assets, building strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnerships, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures, and implementing operational and merchandising direction communicated from our corporate headquarters.
Skills and experience required include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members, excellent communication skills, retail management experience, the ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, and the ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
