Practice Details

  • Innovative FQHC with nine primary care clinics
  • All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes
  • Fully integrated EMR
  • Four clinic days / one remote day
  • Full or part-time option
  • Weekday schedule. No weekends
  • Dedicated RN and Medical Assistant
  • Diverse patient population. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus; however, it won't be required.

Compensation / Benefits

  • Base salary plus bonus incentives
