What You'll Do :

Lead & Develop a Dynamic Team : You'll recruit, hire, and train a professional design team, supporting their career development through regular guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities.

Drive Design Excellence : Guide your team on design projects, ensuring every project aligns with CI Select's high standards and brand, from bidding and budgeting to final execution.

Streamline Processes : Continually assess and implement new procedures to make our team and process more efficient, elevating service standards across departments.

Innovate & Collaborate : Stay connected to industry trends and collaborate with manufacturers to bring the newest and most innovative products to our clients.

Inspire & Mentor : Provide guidance and motivation, fostering an environment of respect and creativity among design, sales, and customer experience teams.

What We're Looking For :

Educational Background : A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience : At least 8 years in commercial interior design and 4+ years in a management role are preferred.

Leadership & Vision : Proven ability to lead teams, foster growth, and manage multiple projects effectively.
