A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist who will manage borrower complaints and provide support for complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track borrower complaints across multiple channels
Provide second-level support for escalated calls and assist in issue resolution
Communicate findings and resolutions directly to borrowers and respond to public review boards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Complaint management
Preferred experience in the financial industry
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
