  • Job Requirements :

  • Manage payroll, verify schedules and hours
  • Handle customer invoices and progress payments
  • Communicate daily with customers about job progress
  • Order job materials and office supplies
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain files
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Budget and audit jobs for proper costing
  • Create and maintain office systems
  • Enhance communication and training programs
  • Work effectively in a busy and stressful environment
  • Respond with urgency in emergency situations
  • Proficient with various software; QuickBooks, DASH, or Xactimate experience is a plus but not required
  • Must pass a background check and drug test

    Occasional night or weekend work required

    Salary Range : $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience
