Pay Range : $45-55 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On or Relocation Bonus : Up to $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time, plus production pay opportunities!

Your Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your key responsibilities include :

Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient

Delivering direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications

Offering excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care

Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene

Assessing dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories

Adhering to all government regulations and company standards

Guiding parents and patients through the treatment process

Assisting with dental and perio charting as needed

Taking x-rays and saving them into patient charts when necessary

Creating memorable patient experiences through compassion and care

Qualifications :

Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing

CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
