Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests promptly while maintaining a warm, inviting environment.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow.
• Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Support team members during busy service periods to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold Avenue Pub's standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest management systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
