About The Position

GENERAL OBJECTIVES :

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
• Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
• Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses
