Shifts : 7a-3p, 3p-7a beeper call, 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off, call back is pretty low, Monday to Sunday, 1 week on 1 week off

Reason for need : Resignation

Minimum Number of Shifts : Need a FT provider

On Call : 3p - 7a, beeper call

Weekend Required : 24 hour beeper call, Saturday and Sunday

Number of Beds : 70

Number of Operating Rooms : 4 plus endo suite

Number of CRNAs : 3

Number of MDs : 2

EMR : Medaxion

Majority Case Type : General

Average Monthly Case : 200

Types of Cases : Gen. Surgery, Ortho, GI, GYN, Bariatric, colorectal, thoracic, Urology, Robotics

Active FL License - Required
