Automotive Test Technician - Impact Lab - Urgently Hiring!

The Automobile Test Technician - Impact Lab will be responsible for :

• Management of the instrumentation required to collect data on vehicles, sub systems and components
• Ensuring the highest quality data is recorded and processed to efficiently analyze data needed for all projects
• Reviewing test plans with engineers; understand what equipment is needed to acquire the data under the specified load cases
• Know what data acquisition system to use, which transducers, and where to place them on the vehicle or sub-system
• Use hands-on experience with data acquisition and data processing software
• Will be responsible for instrumentation and calibration of transducers and data acquisition system for the given application
• The Automotive Test Technician should be self-sufficient to prepare the test setup, conduct testing, and acquire the data with or without the engineer
• The Automotive Test Technician will save the data, process it, and analyze it, and create reports
