Overview
HRIS Analyst / Payroll Systems Analyst (Hybrid) at NAES. The role provides support to the HRIS function using UKG Pro, Cognos Analytics and Workforce Software Time-Keeping systems. You will join a team of more than 30 HR and Payroll professionals in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. You'll act as a technical point of contact for payroll systems and assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity and testing system changes.

Position is hybrid and based out of the Corporate office in Issaquah, WA. Extended hours may be required due to variable workload and project-specific requirements.
Compensation
Initial compensation : $84,300 - $92,000

Specific Skills and Knowledge
Fit for Duty and Safety
Must participate in the Fitness for Duty Program, including a post-offer drug screen. NAES safety rules and procedures apply to all employees.
Performance and Relationship
Role requires independent judgment with general direction, and collaboration with a supervisor. The position involves interaction with various levels across the organization.
