With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and safety, they are seeking an experienced Glazing Foreman to lead on-site crews and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Role Overview
The Glazing Foreman will supervise daily jobsite operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure glass and aluminum systems are installed safely, efficiently, and with top-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise glazing crews on-site, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety
- Coordinate daily tasks, material deliveries, and equipment use
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times
- Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication details, and project specifications
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with installation standards and project requirements
- Communicate project updates and site conditions to the Superintendent / Project Manager
- Mentor crew members and support training on installation best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Glazing Foreman (commercial, residential, or industrial projects)Strong technical knowledge of glazing systems including storefronts, curtain walls, window walls, entrances, glass canopies, and panelsLeadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field crewsStrong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA certification preferred)Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawingsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits
