Building and Grounds Engineer

Responsibilities

The Building and Grounds Engineer will be primarily responsible for the daily upkeep of the loading dock, trash / recycling facility, exterior of the building, and any other spaces of the building that need regular upkeep. As part of the Engineering Team, this position will have opportunities for career advancement and training. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive outlook and the ability to effectively communicate.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills are essential
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including AM & PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight on a consistent basis
• Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop and climb
