job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with sandblasting and painting of parts and equipment. Perform general shop cleanup and organization to maintain a safe working environment. Use light tools for minor repairs, assembly, and maintenance tasks. Help with loading and unloading equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Support mechanics and technicians by fetching tools, parts, and supplies. Maintain inventory of shop materials and ensure proper storage. Assist in general shop organization and inventory management. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear. This role requires frequent bending, twisting, lifting heavy objects, and working in various physical positions. Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment. Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on various tasks.
