A company is looking for a Director of Teammate Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Teammate Relations team in conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes
Develop and oversee quality assurance metrics and KPIs, while providing insights to HR business partners and leaders
Conduct high-level workplace investigations and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required; Master's Degree preferred
10+ years of experience in employee relations is required; 5+ years in human resource leadership preferred
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in Oracle HRIS Cloud and case management tracking software
