Class A CDL Driver / Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Class A CDL Driver / Forklift Operator to safely operate tractor-trailers and forklifts to transport raw material and finished goods between LOCAL company-owned facilities in the Bolingbrook, IL area. Hourly rate starts at $27 / hour with a $1 / hour shift premium.

As a Class A CDL Driver / Forklift Operator, you will

• Safely operate a vehicle by following company protocols and obeying state / local traffic laws at all times
• Ensure vehicle is in proper working condition and meets all DOT regulations by performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Report any mechanical or maintenance problems to shift leads or supervisors
• Use forklifts to transport various material within the manufacturing and warehouse facilities and to load and unload various inbound and outbound freight from the company truck
• Utilize RF Scanner and computer systems to ensure accurate delivery of goods
• Print and post-BOLs
• Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company
• policies / procedures
• Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition; clean and maintain equipment
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned
