A large well-known hydraulic equipment supplier located in Suwanee seeks an Order Entry Processor. Hours are Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm , pay is $23.00 per hour!

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with clients through various channels, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer understanding.
• Record and process orders received by phone, fax or email.
• Provide pricing / delivery within established guidelines.
• Support the needs of sales management and staff
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Track order activity and alert appropriate personnel whenever necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
• Serves as communication link between customer and sales personnel to assure responsiveness.
• Suggest additional and / or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
• Handle daily invoicing and processing credits when necessary.
