Front Office Coordinator
Delta Dallas is partnering with its client in Dallas, TX to identify an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Coordinator .
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00–5 : 00) with a salary of $55K+ depending on experience.
The Front Office Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and clients, delivering a professional and polished experience.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly while managing inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the front office and reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, assist with logistics, and ensure rooms are properly prepared for meetings and events.
- Manage mail distribution, shipping, and courier services.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies; manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and other company initiatives.
- Support internal communication and foster a collaborative, professional office atmosphere.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Previous experience in a front office, administrative, or client service role within a corporate or professional setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of service.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.This position offers the opportunity to join a highly professional organization that values integrity, excellence, and a collaborative team culture.
