Marketing Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

You will be an integral partner in bringing magical resort promotions and partnerships to life. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to optimize our workflows and ensure the flawless execution of major campaigns.Responsibilities : You will serve as a key operational backbone , supporting upwards of 100 promotions annually alongside the Partnerships, Marketing, and Promotions team. This role is a unique opportunity to mobilize large-scale initiatives involving radio, TV, events, and core sweepstakes, often requiring adaptable focus as priorities shift.Support Contract Management : Orchestrate the promotional contract lifecycle with external partners, preparing, tracking, and following up on agreements and contract forms with meticulous attention to detail.Drive Project Workflow : Streamline internal processes and leverage internal tools along with Airtable and Smartsheet to track, manage, and report on diverse project timelines and deliverables, enhancing team efficiency.Collaborate on Strategy & Production : Partner with internal stakeholders across Brand Strategy, PR, Digital Marketing, and Operations to ensure promotional tactics align with the company's strategic objectives.Develop Pitch & Presentation Assets : Create compelling pitch sheets, proposals, and recap presentations that effectively communicate promotional value to partners and internal leaders.Coordinate Live Events : Support and coordinate media remotes and live event logistics, working closely with special events and operations teams to ensure smooth production.Qualifications : Proven Project Management Execution : Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrated, relevant work experience in project management within promotions, marketing, or advertising, with a record of delivering results on strategy, time, and budget.Exceptional Organizational Acumen : Demonstrated ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects with a strong focus on project management, attention to detail, and a proactive initiative.Adaptability and Initiative : A positive attitude and comfort with ambiguity; the ability to flex and adapt quickly to frequent changes in project focus or work volume.Background : Experience working within parks / reports or the entertainment industry.
