Sales & Operations Manager Building Materials
We're looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join a growing team in the building materials industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where the Sales & Operations Manager will lead sales teams, grow new markets, and ensure strong alignment between sales, design, and production.
Responsibilities :
- As the Sales & Operations Manager, recruit, train, and mentor sales and support teams
- Develop and execute sales strategies while managing your own book of business
- Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and distributors
- Oversee customer service and operations to ensure project success from start to finish
- Collaborate with design and production to deliver accurate quotes and on-time results
- Read blueprints and project documents; AutoCAD experience a plus
