We're searching for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who’s ready to bring the heat — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and supports the GM in running the restaurant like a well-oiled machine. You’ll help lead the team, own the Guest experience, and step into the driver’s seat when the GM isn’t on deck.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and restaurant leadership
• Help recruit, train, and coach a rockstar team of Team Members and shift leaders
• Be hands-on in the kitchen and dining room — setting the tone for service and food quality
• Lead shifts with confidence, keeping things smooth, safe, and Guest-focused
• Take ownership of key areas : scheduling, inventory, food safety, labor management, and more
• Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team, and leadership means setting the pace
• Be a culture carrier — motivate, celebrate wins, and drive team engagement
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and brand execution
