Requirements  Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario Oregon is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to fill their need!Schedule : Pager CallVery low volume with rare Call Back24-hour call coverage pager callDates of Coverage : Can emergency privilege for available datesSept 21st at 0800 to Sept 22 at 0800October 1st at 0800 to Oct 6th at 0800October 23rdOctober 29th at 0800 to Nov 1st at 0800November 13thNov 19th at 0800 to Nov 24th at 0800Nov 26th at 0800 to Dec 5th at 0800December 25thDecember 31 - Ongoing into 2026Details : Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providersEMR : EPICTravel Reimbursements : Flights - 750 / round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179 / night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging : Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car / mileage reimbursement. 50 / day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV / upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car.Bill Rates Needed for Submission : Malpractice Rate must be included in the rates24 Hour On Call 2640 rate cap to carry pager with 2 gratis hoursHoliday 24 Hour On Call Call BackHoliday Call BackConversion fee 25k rate cap
