Purchasing Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Coordinate purchase order activities including defers, expedites, and cancellations
- Run and analyze reports on purchase orders, past-due items, and unacknowledged orders
- Review supplier portals and update purchase order information as needed
- Communicate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders on order status and changes
- Monitor and coordinate daily supply chain email communications
- Support invoice processing and advanced shipping notifications
- Update ERP systems with accurate purchase order data
- Partner with materials teams to resolve supplier receiving issues and returns
What We're Looking For
