Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our legal team. This role focuses on lender-side representation in real estate finance, working with a diverse range of banking clients, including institutional lenders. The attorney will be involved in CMBS, construction lending, and real estate capital markets, with a strong emphasis on loan documentation, workout and restructuring, deal structuring, and real estate lending.
