Project Coordinator, Construction System Management - JLLWhat this job involves : As a Construction Project Coordinator at JLL, you will maintain accurate documentation for ongoing initiatives and tasks, including comprehensive database and system reports, financial analytics, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are organized, easily accessible, and integrated within our project management systems. You will process project-related transactions using advanced database tools, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring compliance with firm standards and regulations while facilitating effective communication between team members, project stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring all parties are informed of system updates, database changes, and data-driven insights. This role involves working with various stakeholders and internal team members, serving as a liaison for the Design and Construction team, with a focus on system integration and enhancements.

What your day-to-day will look like :

Maintain accurate documentation for ongoing initiatives and tasks, including comprehensive database and system reports, financial analytics, and progress updates

Ensure all documents are organized, easily accessible, and integrated within our project management systems

Process project-related transactions using advanced database tools, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring compliance with firm standards and regulations

Facilitate effective communication between team members, project stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring all parties are informed of system updates, database changes, and data-driven insights

Work with various stakeholders and internal team members, serving as a liaison for the Design and Construction team, with focus on system integration and enhancements

Master processing of project budgets, vendor proposals / bids, change orders, and invoices within the Project Management financial systems

Confirm accuracy against the budget and / or contract using data analytics and automated reconciliation tools

Navigate project management software applications efficiently

Support system integration and enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications :

2-5+ years practical experience in construction or accounting

Strong verbal & written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

Well-versed in construction methodologies and a strong understanding of the various stages of construction, from concept to close out

Proficiency with Project Management Software and ability to quickly learn to navigate in software applications

Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines

Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive and self-motivated attitude

Software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience with PMWeb

Understanding of database and system reports, financial analytics, and progress updates

Knowledge of advanced database tools and project record maintenance

Experience with firm standards and regulations compliance

Understanding of system integration and enhancements

Knowledge of data analytics and automated reconciliation tools

Experience serving as liaison for Design and Construction teams

Understanding of project budgets, vendor proposals / bids, change orders, and invoices processing

Estimated compensation for this position :

70,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
