Job Description

AHRC NYC is currently seeking both Residential Managers (RM) and Assistant Managers (RAM) for their Staten Island Group Home residences.

Residential Managers Compensation : $64,500 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive Benefit package.

Residential Assistant Managers Compensation : $43,000 per year plus overtime when warranted and $750 per year upon completion of AHRC NYC's Defensive Driving class.   In addition, this position comes with Free Medical Insurance as part of a comprehensive Benefit package.

Residential Manager Position Responsibilities

• Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
• Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he / she is assigned.
• Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his / her jurisdiction.
• Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident, and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.
• Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his / her jurisdiction.
