Title : Workforce Management Consultant / Alvaria Consultant

Job Type : Full-time / Contract on W2

Duration : 12 months. Possible Conversion or Extension.

Locations : – West Des Moines, IA Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

As a Workforce Management Consultant / Alvaria Consultant, you will :

• Handle System administration with above-average Excel skills (array formulas, sumifs, Power Query, Power Pivots)
• Be a part of the workforce management and telephony management group.
• Handle WFM Analysts do forecasting in support of the contact center to staff according to expected volume.
• Provide mentorship and system administration for the team.
• Go into UI and manipulate information to tell the story to the business to address one-off challenges.
• Manipulate data more in Excel than any database level.
• Handle 2-3 requests for root cause analysis per day.
