Responsibilities

• Oversee all Block engineering functions within the manufacturing Injectable facility, including maintenance, equipment optimization, utilities management, and project execution.
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Procure engineering consumables, proprietary spares and maintain inventory of the same
• Perform and approve Qualification studies for equipment (Plant and Utility) and Facility
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance program for plant equipment and utility equipment
• Review and participate in process validation program
• Maintain and update drawings like plant layout, equipment layout, P & ID for equipment (Plant and Utility), HVAC system etc
• Schedule and execute Annual Maintenance Program for Utility and material handling equipment
• Arrange instruments for plant equipment and accessories
• Review, authorize and comply with all Quality documents
• Ensure statutory compliance of boiler / electrical inspector & standard weights
• Execute modifications in plant as per approved capex and requirement by plant
• Arrange the training of department employees for SOP, new system, Qualification etc
• Review maintenance report and energy consumption to ensure corrective action for control of same
• Review annual engineering budget

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)

Experience

Tenure : 15+ Years with experience in Injectable and Regulatory sites.
