HR Administrative Assistant
Qualified Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing plant operations in Marietta area. This hands-on role is best suited for someone with experience in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and operational support to plant management and staff.
- Coordinate plant documentation, records, scheduling, and communication.
- Liaise with other departments to support production, supply chain, and HR-related functions.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office tools.
- Help implement and support plant-wide initiatives and process improvements.
- Foster clear communication and engagement with off-shift teams.
- Ensure prompt response to plant-related administrative issues, including occasional weekend or holiday needs.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of plant-based administrative experience in a manufacturing company.Must work 100% on-siteStrong and stable work historyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; attention to detail.Were looking for someone who :
