Production Line Worker

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and procure all applicable tooling.
• Set up machines according to job orders and specifications for the production run.
• Conduct ongoing visual inspections of machines for leaks, loose belts, etc., following a checklist.
• Perform clearance procedures for shift changes.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Complete setup profile sheets for new jobs.
• Perform checks for compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, material, safety, and quality issues to supervisors.
• Complete forms, documents, and quality measurements per production run.
• Perform line clearance procedures in the event of a product change.
• Comply with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Observe machine operations and verify conformance of machined workpieces to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical failures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
