About the Role

Were hiring a seasoned Regional Director of In-Home Services to lead home care operations across multiple centers in the Philadelphia market. This leadership role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff management, and operational excellence in delivering care to participants outside of the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage home care teams across multiple centers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee hiring, training, and competency evaluation of staff.
• Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise care in housing units and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to improve service quality and participant satisfaction.
• Participate in QAPI programs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain nursing on-call schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate staff performance and service quality.
