Direct Counsel is seeking an M&A Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading global law firm's Business and Commercial Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in high-value post-closing disputes and other complex transactional litigation matters across a multi-office team of top-tier attorneys.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and / or representations and warranty insurance disputes
• Experience analyzing M&A transaction documentation and calculating damages
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying

Expected base salary range : $365,000 – $420,000, commensurate with experience and location
