Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects from groundbreaking through closeout. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including infection control and healthcare-specific compliance requirements. Review and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals, proactively resolving field conflicts. Lead site coordination meetings with project managers, design teams, and owners. Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation using tools such as Procore or MS Project. Foster a positive, safe, and efficient jobsite culture that reflects professionalism and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up healthcare projects. Proven ability to lead field operations and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of healthcare construction standards, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. OSHA 30 certification preferred; First Aid / CPR certification a plus. Based in the Atlanta area or open to relocation.
