Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Full-Time and Part time  Overnight

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation – Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight team. In this full-time role, you’ll provide leadership, support, and clinical oversight to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care throughout the night.

What You’ll Do :

Supervise and guide nursing staff during the overnight shift.

Ensure delivery of safe, compassionate, and individualized resident care.

Coordinate nursing operations and maintain compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations.

Serve as a resource for staff, offering clinical guidance and decision-making support.

Promote a positive, supportive work environment for both staff and residents.

Shift Available : Full-Time

• Overnight (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Compensation :

Competitive rates — up to $50 / hour (based on experience).

Qualifications :

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
