• Licenses : Active Texas State Medical License
• Board : Board Certified / Board Eligible in ABEM or osteopathic counterparts; must be residency trained in specialty certified in
• DEA : Active DEA with Texas address
• Certifications : ACLS, ATLS (ABEM requires proof of ATLS and current ACLS), CME within past 2 years, immunization records (TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella)
• Experience : Case logs from the past 2 years
• Other Qualifications : Copies of all education and training diplomas, SS card, driver s license, color photo, telehealth experience not required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide hospitalist nocturnist coverage during day and night shifts
• Manage admissions, rounding, and phone consults
• Ensure timely patient care and documentation
• Collaborate with APPs and specialty backup teams
• Comply with credentialing, immunization, and licensing requirements
